Tenet Healthcare (THC) is seeing three times normal trading volume, with 4,800 puts and only 370 calls traded on the day. The action is scattered, with active trading seen in the January 2010 2.5, May 3, and November 4 puts. More than 4,300 have traded in those three puts, 100 percent trading on the offer. Shares are up 14 cents to $4.15 and the put buying comes ahead of an earnings report due out November 4 before the market.
