Citigroup shares are nearly 22% lower this afternoon, near $4.55, and a block of 39,202 March 7.5 Calls trading for 30cents on the ISE just after noon to open a new position. Nearly 45,000 of these calls traded over a 12 minute period, from 28 to 30cents while shares hovered near 4.82. ISE Data confirms this was a customer buying to open, possibly looking for a recovery over coming months.
