Shares are up 8 cents to $8.33 and the interest started at 10:15 with a block of 2,361 Mar 9 calls at the offer for 30 cents and continued througout the day until volume in the Mar 9s reached 6,900 and in the April 9s more than 30K. The activity is likely to create new open interest and seems to reflect a bullish short-term view on the builders. This week’s economic calendar holds no housing data.
