The two companies signed a definitive agreement to renew cross licensing of semiconductor patent portfolios and also signed a flash memory agreement. SNDK gapped up and hit a high of $16.33. 22K calls and 11K puts traded. Premium sellers surfaced in the front month, including 5800 June 19 calls for 16 cents. Implied volatility slipped to 71, from about 74 late Tuesday.
