ToolBox: The OptionSmith!

The OptionSmith is a subscription service written by our friend Steve Smith over at Minyanville. Steve is a long-time options trader and writer and, in his service, he identifies opportunities where investors can use options to reduce risk while enhance returns of their investment portfolios. His subscription based OptionSmith covers a variety of strategies, such as outright purchase and sale, spreads, condors and butterflys. The newsletter publishes a weekly outlook Monday morning which includes general market overview and a recap of current open positions. Alerts with new trade recommendations are sent three or four times a week. All positions have a full explanation describing the particular strategy, why it is being employed and defined entry and exit parameters. Minyanville offers a free 14-day Trial and the cost of the service is $39 per month, or $349 per year, from that point forward.
