Powershares US Dollar Bullish ETF (UUP), an exchange-traded fund tracks being long the US Dollar against the Euro, Japanese Yen, British Pound, Canadian Dollar, Swedish Krona and Swiss Franc, is up 15 cents to $23.25 and recent trades include 4,000 March 26 calls for 40 cents on the CBOE, a purchase, according to a floor contact. Another, 3,000 were bought this morning for an average of 42.5 cents and total volume in the contract now exceeds 7,300.
