Sun Micro (JAVA) is up 6 cents to $8.57 and recent trades include the purchase of 7600 Jan 7.5 calls at $1.40 and another 400 at $1.39. 10,000 Jan10 7.5 calls now traded and the buying coincides with a Reuters headline that Oracle will argue its case to buy JAVA to EU regulators on December 10.
