Proshares UltraShort Real Estate ETF (SRS) is up 41 cents to $8.32 on a rough day for the REITs Thursday. SRS options are seeing action as well, including an April 7 – 9 call spread, 20000X on AMEX. Looks like 86 cents was collected and likely rolls a position opened on Jan 4 when the Jan 8 – Apr 7 call ratio spread traded 30K X 20K. The Jan options have since come off the board and the strategist is possibly moving up in strikes now that shares have moved up nearly 10 percent since that time.
