The Flow Monitor tool provides real-time options updates. Start by entering a ticker symbol and then select from a menu of commands. In addition, you can also see the action by the entire market using the @all symbol. And, if you like trading specific sectors, use the sector symbols. For example, @ener will pull up all of the options activity in the energy related names (@hlth = healthcare, @it = technology, @mat = materials.)
