Facebook shares are down 6.5% today, near $27.43 heading into earnings and option flow is on track for a new record near half a million contracts. Call and Put open interest are at record levels, and 8% of that is in 1-day weeklys that expire tomorrow. 1day ATM straddle is priced near 3.60, or 13% of spot, versus yesterday’s 10.5% of spot quote. 1day 25puts and 30 calls lead today’s most actives with about 15K of each on the tape in the 60cent avg price range.
