Official settlement value for Nov SPX options is 1353.46 today, and option volume in the pit is running well above normal this morning, with puts leading calls 3:1- well above the avg put/call near 1.54. Dec 1000 strike puts are the most active, with 19K trading as part of the Dec 900-1000-1100 put fly that a trader bought for 35cents when the index was near 1349.
